Return & Refund


Please be attention that any items purchased on the 8fans.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.

If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.

To process a return for an item that was purchased on 8fans.com, please send us an email at support@8fans.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. We will try our best to help you.


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@8fans.com

Return Address

If you want to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact Customer Service Email: support@8fans.com to provide your issues, your order number, the reason, and the item(s) you would like to return. Our customer service representative will reply to you within 48 hours.

Shipping fee

Who bears the shipping costs for a return depends on the case. If you have received defective goods, we will of course bear the costs for your return. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

When will you receive the refund?

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 


Can I change my order after I've placed it?
Yes. Once an order has been placed, you have a day to contact us at support@8fans.com to modify or cancel the order during our operation hours. If you are unable to cancel within that time frame, you may return or exchange your order after you receive it.

Our customer service will give you a reply in 24 hours.


Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@8fans.com. We may be able to cancel your order depending on the time and date it was placed.

Lost Packages
We ship with only the most reliable carriers worldwide including USPS,UPS,FEDEX,Amazon Logistics.. Once the package has left our warehouse, Aurlar cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or miss-delivered packages.

Please contact the carrier assigned to your order and see if they have any insight. If they are unable to assist, please email us at support@8fans.com so we can work with you to resolve this.
